Design and delivery of a Claude adoption programme across four functionally distinct teams, each with its own vertical path and a shared Projects and Skills architecture, including the build of vertical skills for Subsidised Finance, Corporate Investment Banking and Investor Relations on structured document workflows.

Leading the engagement end to end: methodology, training, vertical skill design and building the infrastructure supporting the team.

Scope

Structuring Claude's operating model across three divisions: audit of the existing setup (Team licences, connected document archive, Projects per division), building a library of prompts and automations on real processes, and adoption of Projects and Cowork.

Maverick's role

Leading the adoption programme end to end: discovery, technical setup optimisation, vertical training per group, operational library and governance for autonomous, sustainable adoption.

Scope

Adoption of Claude Cowork with a structured redesign of operational workflows on the Microsoft 365 stack (Cowork with Microsoft 365 connector).

Maverick's role

Leading adoption and workflow redesign, operating as an extension of the client's team.

Scope

Design and development of an AI gateway that integrates Claude into the IBM AS400 ERP, making consistency checks on product data systematic for the technical office and callable from the screens already in use.

Maverick's role

System and historical data analysis, gateway development with our technology partner on IBM i systems, formalisation of the rules with the technical office, and one month of field use with human validation.

Scope

A five-phase adoption programme across three departments (administrative back office, HR, Production): management discovery, detailed sessions with the operational teams and development of dedicated automations to cut manual work in Excel and in recurring checks.

Maverick's role

End-to-end delivery: discovery, solution design department by department, handover and ongoing support, run through a second time on the new needs that emerged during adoption.

Scope

Structured discovery across four departments (Administration, Back Office, Controlling and Reporting, Logistics and Shipping) with interviews of the departmental leads, initiative mapping on an effort/impact matrix and wave-based development on Claude Cowork, Claude in Excel and connectors to company systems.

Maverick's role

Delivery from scope definition with management through development and adoption support, with an explicit distinction between what AI solves and what first requires a change to the process.
